1. 1Every filing Gantry submits is covered by the On-Time Guarantee.
2. 2If a filing we submit is late or materially wrong, we pay the penalty, the withheld payment, or the documented direct loss.
3. 3Coverage runs up to $10,000 per incident.
4. 4You approve every filing before it goes anywhere. Nothing is submitted without a named person's sign-off.
5. 5If you hold back information we asked for in writing, that filing isn't covered.
6. 6If a government portal goes down, we document the outage, keep working it, and still owe you our best recovery effort.
7. 7Filings you submit yourself, outside Gantry, aren't covered.
8. 8Every claim gets a written postmortem, shared with you, saying what went wrong and what we changed.
9. 9The guarantee is included in your flat fee. There's no deductible and nothing extra to buy.
10. 10Cancel anytime. Coverage applies to everything we submitted while you were a customer.
